Hump day blues

My page looks like this because there's a cartoon below.

The repiping project drags on and on. They started Feb 26 and were supposed to be finished in my apt last week. They're nowhere near finished.

Oddly, the workers hadn't been in for days and then yesterday I came home to find wallboard had been installed in the bathroom. So I have this bright tourquoise wallboard patchwork thing happening. When I arrived home today I expected to find the walls plastered and prepped for paint, but the most the boys accomplished was the reinstallation of my shower. That's one hell of a long coffee break, I'd say.

Not really. They're working on other apts...I just want it FINISHED ALREADY. It's a huge drag taking a shower without a shower curtain and having to clear everything out of the bathroom every goddamn day IN CASE they decide to do any work.

On to more positive news. I phoned the lawyer and asked him to start the law suit proceedings against the property owner and the carpet cleaning company. "Pain and suffering" compensation here I come.

It's all for the good, property management. Karma intends to bite part of your ass now instead of all of it in your next life.

The guy upstairs is also suing them. Seems to me this company gets sued a lot.

Never learning is in their corporate mission statement.

Which brings me to my favourite Dilbert cartoon ever:

Don't you love the expressions on Alice's face?

Speaking of falls down cement stairs...my neck is killing me and I have to bend my spine over the gymnic ball [of humiliation] now.

Ta ta!
